Pamorex detects second gold zone

After conducting some further assaying on drill core from a recently completed exploration hole on the Upper Beaver property near Kirkland Lake, Ont., Pamorex Minerals (TSE) says it has detected a second gold zone above the new gold-bearing exhalite horizon it intersected earlier this month. The second zone yielded an assay result of 0.37 oz. gold per ton across 24 ft. at a vertical depth of 850 ft. below surface. The new zone is about 150 ft. above a previously reported gold zone which averaged 1.4 oz. gold over 21.2 ft. (T.N.M. March 26/90).

All assays have been checked and drilling is continuing at the former mine property where Pamorex can earn interest 51% from Queenston Mining (TSE) by spending $1.75 million over three years.
