Drilling by Parklane Technologies in the Beardmore, Ont., area has identified a quartz vein zone near an iron formation unit. Assays from the zone are expected shortly, the company says. Bay Resources and Services is a joint-venture partner on the project.
Parklane has also completed a drill program on ground in the Casa Berardi area of northwestern Quebec. The drilling intersected a mineralized quartz stockwork. However, the company has not reported any assays from the program.
