Pathfinder plans work Down Under

Junior Pathfinder Resources (VSE) can acquire the Tungaberry copper project in Australia from Quadrant Resources.

Situated in north-central Queensland, the property comprises 2,000 sq. km.

Geophysical work on the eastern portion has identified a strong magnetic anomaly covering a major north-south structure within the contact aureole of a large granite. The structure is said to resemble the geology of the huge Mount Ernest Henry and Osborne copper-gold mines.

Pathfinder can earn an initial 50% interest by spending A$350,000, as well as paying Quadrant A$100,000 and issuing an aggregate of 200,000 common shares.

Pathfinder is raising exploration funds through a private placement of 800,000 shares priced at $1.25 each.
