PDAC

Members of the New Brunswick Prospectors and Developers Association (NBPDA) will raffle a dore bar at the 58th annual convention of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) in Toronto, March 11-14.

The money raised will finance various activities including the NBPDA’s popular Rock Room, which attracted 1,000 delegates at the PDAC meeting in 1989.

This year, displays will focus on the massive sulphide deposits and potential of the Bathurst camp in northern New Brunswick. The room will feature Brunswick Mining & Smelting’s 25th anniversary display and a 1,700-lb. stuffed bull moose.

The next NBPDA meeting, scheduled for Feb. 7, will be held at the Curling Club in Newcastle, N.B., starting at 7.30 p.m.
