Export Development Canada — Kevin O’Brien appointed senior VP of finance and CFO; Stephen Poloz appointed senior VP, financing products group; Peter Hall appointed VP and chief economist.

Merrex Gold–Gregory Isenor appointed president and CEO; Chris Ryan appointed director of finance.
