Calico Resources – (formerly Cobre Exploration) Allan Williams resigned as president but remains a director; David McCue resigned as corporate secretary; William Wagener appointed president and CEO; Vance Thornsberry appointed VP of exploration; Terri Anne Welyki appointed VP of corporate development.

Candente Copper – John Black appointed an independent director.

Central Iron Ore – Andrew Spinks resigned as president and CEO but will remain a non-executive director; Richard Homsany appointed chairman; Brett Hodgins appointed president and CEO; Hugh Pinniger appointed COO.

Exploration Orbite – Pierre Gévry resigned as a director and VP.

Geodrill – Roy Sinke appointed general manager.

Geomark Exploration – Garth E. Schultz retiring as CFO on March 31, to be replaced by Robb Thompson.
