Explor Resources — Christian Dupont appointed CEO and a director; Jacques Frigon appointed CFO, corporate secretary and a director; Geoff Carter and Christian Guilbaud appointed directors.

Finning International — David Smith appointed executive VP and CFO.

Goldcorp — Kevin McArthur has retired as president & CEO; Charles Jeannes will take over as president & CEO. McArthur will remain a director.

IMA Exploration — Michael Atkinson appointed a director; Joseph Grosso reappointed president and CEO; David Terry reappointed VP of exploration; Linda McClusky appointed secretary; Michael Clark appointed acting CFO.
