Western Canadian Coal — Gary Livingstone resigned as president, CEO and director to become a special advisor to the company; John William Hogg appointed president and CEO and director; Fausto Taddei resigned as CFO; William Caughill appointed director; director of finance Jeff Redmond will become interim CFO until a replacement is named.
