LUNDIN EXPLORATIONS — Adolf Lundin appointed president succeeding Bryan Benitz; John Craig and Brian Edgar to the board of directors succeeding Gary Sollis and Robert Wisener who resigned.


CORONADO RESOURCES — Frank Crerie appointed chairman of the board.


DOE RUN COMPANY — Gary Boyer appointed vice-president and general manager of the Herculaneum smelting division; John FitzSimmons elected vice-president and general manager of the southeast Missouri mining and milling division.
