The eighth annual Great Porcupine Gold Rush Triathlon, organized by the Porcupine Prospectors and Developers Association (PPDA) in Timmins, Ont., will be held July 27. As in previous years, the triathlon will include running, canoeing and cycling.
The contest will be the highlight of a week’s activities celebrating 1991 as the Year of the Prospector. For further information, contact the PPDA at (705) 268-9600.
