I am a long-term subscriber who depends on the stock exchange tables in The Northern Miner. I am somewhat distressed that the Vancouver Stock Exchange list in The Miner still (as of May 25) does not include Myriad Concepts. The Western Mining News (Spokane) has included Myriad in their Vancouver list since March 23. A.H.S., Lake Havasu City, Ariz.
Myriad Concepts designs and manufactures highly efficient yet inexpensive digital transmission systems for local, long-distance and private network telecommunications markets.
The company had an option to acquire up to a 60% working interest in the Kluz 1-4 claims in the Omenica mining division of British Columbia from Cominco. However, it did not meet its commitments for expenditures up to Dec 31, 1986. Myriad has since announced that it does not intend to expend any further funds on this property. Consequently, it no longer has any interest in the mining sector, so is not included in The Northern Miner’s weekly list of mining company transactions.
