Reserves calculated at Augmitto play

A preliminary reserve calculation for the Parbec property concludes that the ground has possible drill- indicated reserves of 600,000 tons grading 0.19 oz gold per ton. The zone’s average width is 6.2 ft.

Shared equally by partners Augmitto Explorations and St. Genevieve Resources, the Parbec property is located in Malartic Twp., Que. A 10,000-ft diamond drilling program tested the strike length and depth extension of the mineralized zone, which was discovered in the late 1930s. The drilling successfully extended the strike length to more than 3,000 ft.

Some of the better intersections included hole 8606 which cut 14 ft grading 0.41 oz. Four of the other best sections averaged 5 ft and assayed between 0.112-0.32 oz. A second-phase drill program is planned for this year, the partners say.
