All North American service centre and metals distribution activities managed by Rio Algom (TSE) will be consolidated into a new entity called North American Metals Distribution Group.
The group will consist of Atlas Alloys, Vincent Metals and Aceromex. Combined sales from these operations are expected to be $580 million.
