The copper-zinc-silver-gold property is situated two miles south of the copper-zinc massive sulphide discovery of Aur and its partner Societe Miniere Louvem. Two miles to the east is the past-producing Dunraine copper mine.
To earn its interest, Rogi must spend $600,000 on exploration work during a 3-year period and deliver 50,000 shares of the company to Aur.
Rogi has plans to spend $100,000 on exploration work this year. Aur will be operator of this program.
