Salute veteran broker (head) – MRB

The Toronto Stock Exchange this week saluted Kenneth B. Andras celebrating his 60th anniversary as an employee of a member firm.

Born in Toronto April 5, 1909, Mr Andras commenced his brokerage career as a junior with what was then known as Mara and McCarthy on Feb 15, 1927, becoming a partner in that firm in 1939. It subsequently went through five name changes and is now known as Andras Research Capital Inc., in which he is the honorary chairman, a director and shareholder and still an active trader.
