Seadrift International Exploration says it has agreement under which it can earn a 45% interest in a Sturgeon Lake, Ont., property by financing exploration of $1,500,000 over three years.
The company adds it has entered in a private placement with Tachyon Venture Management for 200,000 shares at $2.50 per share.
