SEG, KWG continue Granada work

Joint venture partners SEG Exploration (ME) and KWG Resources (ME) are proceeding with the collection of a bulk sample from their Granada gold property near Val d’Or, Que. The 20,000-ton sample will be processed at the Manitou mill near Val d’Or.

Recent drilling on the No. 2 vein system east of the Granada shaft has returned values of up to 0.18 oz. gold per ton over 20.9 ft. The No. 2 vein now has a drill-indicated strike length of 1,300 ft. and is open in both directions.

SEG has completed a private placement for $460,000 in Quebec to continue work on the 50-50 Granada joint venture. SEG has also raised $450,000 through a private placement in Ontario. This money will be used to explore the company’s other landholdings.
