New York City-based Fenvessy & Schwab Inc. has been restructured in an attempt to focus on asset redeployment and the addition of major new principals , the comp any says. Rolf Genssler has been elected to chairman and the firm’s name has bee n changed to Genssler & Schwab Inc. Also, Klaus Scheye has been elected as vice- chairman. For the past 20 years, Schwab has provided diversified business consul ting services for close to 400 clients, more than half of whom are in natural re source and related industries. The firm will no longer be active in the direct m arketing and publishing consulting fields.
