SUPPLIER’S NOTES WasTech Gear Corp.

Lynwood, Calif.-based WesTech Gear Corp. has formed a Heavy Machinery Division to conduct the business of the various product lines which were recently acquired from Western Gear Machinery Co. The product lines, consisting of machinery used worldwide in the defence, metal-working and petroleum exploration and production industries, are being transferred to Lynwood, Calif. WesTech Gear will continu e to manufacture and sell the products and will provide all future product servi ces for the acquired products.
