Armco Canada and Stelco Inc. have announced the construction of a new manufacturing plant in Kamloops, B.C. — MOLY-COP Canada. Designed to produce forged, heat-treated grinding balls up to five inches in diameter, the $11-million plant will be the largest of its kind in Canada and the second largest in the world. The joint venture will employ about 55 people.
