Vancouver – Tarsis Capital (TCC-V) hit long intercepts of zinc and silver at its Goz Creek property, 180 km northeast of Mayo, Yukon.
President and CEO Marc Blythe says in a statement that the results confirm the overall high-grade nature of mineralization.
Highlights from the drill program included 41 metres in hole 58 grading 13.55% zinc and 29.88 grams per tonne silver starting 36 metres downhole.
Hole 61 cut 28 metres grading 12.83% zinc and 10.91% silver starting 26 metres downhole and 62 returned 38 metres grading 6.98% zinc and 3.06 grams silver starting 61 metres downhole.
Combined with historical results Tarsis aims to complete a resource estimate for Goz Creek. Silica breccias host the greater part of the high grade mineralization in the Main zone of the property.
On news of the drill results Tarsis’ share price remained at 5¢. The company has about 12.4 million shares issued.
