The Quebec Mining Association will be involved in the production of eight half-hour television shows about mining in Quebec and Canada.
The series will be shown on Radio-Canada this summer and on Radio-Quebec and TV Ontario (La Chaine) during the winter of 1995.
The series, titled “Au coeur de nos vies,” will be produced by PAT Teleproductions. It will focus on mining in the 1990s and its importance to the economy both regionally and nationally.
The first telecast is planned for June 24 at 7:30 p.m. on Radio-Canada.
