This week’s episode features veteran mining recruiter Erik Buckland, senior client manager at Lincoln Strategy International. Buckland describes how the mining industry has held up relatively well compared to the rest of the economy, with mining jobs still in high demand. He also explained how new protocols have been developed to enact social distancing on mine sites, and how there has been an increased interest in job expertise relating to health and safety.

All this and more with online editor and host Adrian Pocobelli.
