Toronto to be venue of CIM annual meet

The Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy moves to Toronto nex t year for its 89th annual general meeting. It will be the first in Toronto since 1980.

The meeting, which will have for its theme Canada’s Mineral Industry in a Changing World, will be held May 3-7, 1987.

CIM is urging authors with papers relating to the theme of the meeting, or to any of the broad range of CIM disciplines, to get in touch with technical program co- ordinators.
