Tribute pulls high-grade zinc at Arrow

Drilling at the Arrow massive sulphide project in the Confederation Lake area of northwestern Ontario has intersected more massive sulphide mineralization.

A new hole by owner Tribute Minerals (TBM-V, TBMIF-O) intersected 4 metres grading 20.3% zinc, 1.23% copper, 0.47 gram gold and 28 grams silver per tonne, about 30 metres west of previously known mineralized intersections.

More assays from the same drill hole, and further assays from three other holes drilled on the western extension of the Arrow mineralization, are pending. A resource estimate in mid-2006 put the size of the known Arrow zone at 1.2 million tonnes indicated, grading 8.12% zinc, 0.81% copper, 0.64 gram gold and 22.9 grams silver per tonne, plus 500,000 tonnes inferred grading 4.34% zinc, 0.87% copper, 0.76 gram gold and 22.3 grams silver per tonne.
