Troymin stakes Alaskan ground

Troymin Resources (TYR-A) has acquired five blocks of claims totalling 35,200 acres in the Goodpaster mining district of east-central Alaska.

The Goodpaster district is the site of an area play developing around the high-grade Pogo gold discovery. Pogo contains a resource estimated at 10 million tons grading 0.52 oz., equivalent to 5.2 million ounces gold. Pogo is a joint venture between Teck (TEK-T) and Japan’s Sumitomo Group.
