Two holes drilled at Douay Northwest

Results from two holes drilled at the Douay Northwest gold project in Douay Twp., northwestern Quebec, have been reported by Soquem, Societe d’Exploration Miniere Vior (ME) and Northern Abitibi Mining (ASE).

The holes were drilled 300 metres apart. One of them marked the extension of Hole 87706 drilled in 1991; extension assays included 10.1 metres of 1.7 grams gold per tonne and 6.6 metres of 2.5 grams. The other hole, 93-01, returned 4.95 metres of 10.8 grams.

Soquem and Vior are each earning a 30% interest in the property.
