U.S REPORT

Recent drilling by Kennecott returned the best overall grade to date from the Lockwood polymetallic project near Everett, Wa.

The major company can earn a 51% interest in the property from owners, Island-Arc Resources (VSE) and Formosa Resources (VSE).

The most recent hole, 91-14, was drilled to test the zone on-strike from the setup which intersected polymetallic sulphides in three previous holes (T.N.M. Sept. 23/91). Hole 14 returned 10.7 ft. grading 0.075 oz. gold and 2.17 oz. silver per ton plus 4.81% zinc and 2.51% copper. The true width is estimated at 7-8 ft.
