U.S. REPORT (June 29, 1992)

Production at the Crofoot/Lewis heap leach mine in Nevada reached a new record for the month of May with 10,109 oz. gold and 58,708 oz. silver produced.

Hycroft Resources (VSE), owner of the mine, reports that production in May, 1991, totalled 9,112 oz. gold and 27,802 oz. silver.

A drilling program is in progress at the property in an attempt to increase reserves. At the end of 1991, the company estimated reserves will be exhausted by 1994, although recent drilling has encountered potential ore-grade mineralization in close proximity to existing pits.
