Underground work for Eureka Resources

Underground test work including bulk sampling is planned by Eureka Resources for its Frasergold precious metals property in 1987. The company claims that a large diameter drill program this year upgraded the gold content in existing reserves by 2.5 times, adding they now range from 2 million-4 million tons grading 0.2 to 0.3 oz gold.

A preliminary bulk sample “approximated the sample assays,” says the company, and cyanide leaching demonstrated a 90% gold recovery in 24 hours.
