Commerce Resources (TSXV: CCE; US-OTC: CMRZF) has improved its method for extracting rare earth elements from the Ashram deposit in northern Quebec, achieving the highest recovery rates yet, says president Chris Grove.
“(In early March we announced) the best set of flotation results, highest grade and highest recoveries we’ve ever achieved,” Grove told The Northern Miner’s western editor, Henry Lazenby, during last month’s Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada’s annual convention in Toronto.
Grove says the company is considering a listing on Australian markets for better financing access. He also reflects on a broader critique of juniors’ finance challenges on the Toronto Venture Exchange, touching on issues such as liquidity constraints, market volatility, and the general risk-averse nature of investors when it comes to speculative mining projects.
