VSM, Serem drill wide intersection

The intersection occurred 1,460 ft below surface and 350 ft below hole 53. Previously, hole 53 had returned the best intersection of zone III at 1,110 ft below surface before joining with zones I and II. The companies also report hole 72, situated 650 ft west of holes 70 and 53, cut 39.6 ft (24.4 ft true width) of economic mineralization at 1,225 ft below surface.

Holes 70 and 72, the companies say, indicate zones I, II and III come together to form a single, wider lens. This latest surface drilling was concentrated in the west end of the property to infill zone III, in the same area where the other two zones cut economic values.

The copper grade in hole 70, the companies report, is twice the previous average of the deposit. Among the better results: LengthCuZnAg Hole(ft)(%)(%)(g/mt) 7044.20.910.1 53.4 (incl.) 2.81.814.2 89.7 5.10.917.5 73.6 4.92.120.5103 4.61.720.2101 1.22.332.2 95.1 7239.60.2 7.3 18.5 (incl.)15.50.111 21.3 6.80.912.6 49.6

The companies report drilling will resume to follow the depth and western extensions of these latest results.
