William and Vogue in Nevada project

Two juniors — Minorca Resources (ME) and Vogue Resources (VSE) — can earn up to a half interest in Trio Gold’s (ASE) Rodeo Creek property in Nevada’s Carlin trend.

Minorca and Vogue can earn 10% by spending US$1 million on exploration in 1995, and they can increase this to 25% by spending an additional $500,000 by May 30, 1996. By spending an additional US$1.5 million by the end of 1998, they can boost their interest to 50%.
