Yorbeau plans 10,000 metres for Rouyn

Specks of gold could be seen in drill core from Yorbeau Resources‘ (YRB.A-T) Rouyn property in Quebec.

Yorbeau has drilled more than 5,700 metres in 38 holes on the Rouyn property, which includes the Augmitto, Cinderella and Lac Gamble blocks.

The company reported an 8.5-metre intercept (4.5-metres true-width) grading 10.99 grams gold per tonne at a core depth reaching 37.5 metres from the Augmitto block.

The drill hole with visible gold returned a 1-metre intersection grading 7.95 grams gold per tonne to a depth of 18 metres.

The highest grade to date was 20.78 grams gold over 3 metres (1.9 metres true width), topping an earlier drill result of 10.77 grams gold over 41 metres.

So far, 31 definition holes have been drilled on the Augmitto block and 7 holes on the Cinderella block to test the eastern extension of Augmitto to a depth of 300 metres.

Yorbeau shares were up nearly 18% (4.5) in Toronto today to 30 each on a trading volume of 142,000 shares.
