Zone extended by Levon drilling

Underground drilling in the Howard tunnel in B.C., by Levon Resources has extended the No 2 zone, the company says. Levon drilled six holes above and below a 123-ft section which assayed 0.69 oz gold per ton across an average width of 4.6 ft.

Four of the better holes included 87-3 which cut an 8-ft section grading 2.3 oz and hole 87-4 which intersected 5 ft assaying 0.157 oz. Hole 87-5 intersected 20.2 ft grading 0.289 oz. Another hole, 87-6 cut a 31-ft section grading 0.37 oz. The drill sections are not true widths.

Drifting on the Howard tunnel is half completed with 500 ft remaining, Levon reports.
