The story “Rubicon prepares to defend Phoenix in court” (TNM, Jan. 7–13/13) incorrectly stated that Rubicon has a Benefits Agreement with the Lac Seul First Nation. In fact, Rubicon has an Exploration Accommodation Agreement with the Lac Seul First Nation and not a Benefits Agreement.
