Silver-producer Hecla Mining (NYSE) has bought a kaolin mine and processing facility from J.M. Huber, a private company.Situated in Langley, S.C., 15 miles from the company's Aiken operation, the facility will be operated by Hecla's industrial minerals subsidiary.
