The Northern Miner caught up with the world’s biggest mining technical consulting group SRK Consulting at PDAC in Toronto in March 2023. Tamer Elbokl, Editor-in-Chief of TNM sister publication Canadian Mining Journal discussed the latest trends in mine closure and reclamation with SRK’s principal corporate consultant Jeff Parshley, who specializes in closure planning and closure cost estimation.
